Privacy notice
This notice explains what ARAVA Technologies does with the details you send us through the contact form on this website: why we ask for them, who receives them, and the rights you have.

Who we are
ARAVA Technologies, Shamira Imber Gadish 9, Kiryat Ono, Israel, is responsible for the personal data you send through this website. You can reach us at info@aratech.co.il or +972-3634-1644.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name and email address, and, if you add them, your company or plant, phone number, the part or subject and your message.
- Your IP address, briefly. To stop spam, our server keeps the IP address a request came from in memory for about an hour, to limit how many requests one address can send. It is not added to your request.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to answer your request: to reply, and to follow up on that enquiry. We don’t use them for marketing, and we don’t sell them.
Do you have to give them?
No. No law requires you to give us these details, and the form is voluntary. Without a name and email address we can’t reply to you; the other fields are optional. You can also reach us by phone or email instead.
Who receives your details
- The ARAVA staff who handle your enquiry.
- The service providers that run the website and deliver its email: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Resend, which sends the form to our inbox. They process the data on our behalf, and their servers may be outside Israel, including in the United States.
- The provider of our email inbox, where your request is kept.
We don’t pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires us to.
Your rights
Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you. If it is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date, you can ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@aratech.co.il with the subject “Privacy request”. You can also complain to Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
